By downloading, installing, or using NJ MVC Prep ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app. We may update these terms at any time; continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Use of the app
NJ MVC Prep is a study aid designed to help users prepare for the New Jersey driver knowledge test. It is intended for personal, non-commercial use only. You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, or distribute any part of the app or its content without permission
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or related infrastructure
No guarantee of test results
NJ MVC Prep is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission or any government agency. Content in the app is intended to supplement your preparation but does not guarantee that you will pass the official driver knowledge test. Always refer to the official NJ MVC Driver Manual for authoritative information.
In-app purchases
NJ MVC Prep may offer optional paid features or content (such as removing ads or unlocking premium study material) available for purchase within the app.
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, subject to their respective terms and payment policies.
Refund policy
All purchases are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for any in-app purchases, including but not limited to premium upgrades, ad-removal purchases, or any other paid content.
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact Apple Support (for App Store purchases) or Google Play Support (for Play Store purchases) directly, as all billing and refund requests are handled by the respective platform.
We encourage you to try any available free features before making a purchase to ensure the app meets your needs.
Intellectual property
All content within NJ MVC Prep — including text, graphics, quiz questions, road sign descriptions, and the app's design — is the property of NJ MVC Prep or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any content from the app without prior written permission.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content is accurate, complete, or current. Your use of the app is at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NJ MVC Prep and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the app, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
